The Forest Heritage Centre aims to provide an environment for furniture designer/makers and artists to work in collaboration with other artists.

Space is available for lease in the fully equipped workshop.

 

The Centre has available workshop bays (each approx. 18 sq.m.) for lease.  This lease opportunity allows you to join a group of artisans developing fine wood products, art, craft and furniture in a unique forest setting.

 

workshop machine_roomYou can apply to lease workspace in one of two manual workshops. This includes up to 3 workbenches, the use of a selection of small power tools together with shared use of larger machines available in the machine room and lathe room. The rental includes shared use of a spray booth and sanding room facility.

A CNC machine is available to suitably qualified and experienced lessees.

  • Jarrah Forest Lodge

    The Forest Heritage Centre has incorporated the Lodge, which is a unique facility surrounded by jarrah forest on a 7 hectare block, only 600 metres from Dwellingup town centre. 

     Accommodation consists of 16 single rooms with shared bathroom facilities.  A large well equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room area seating up to 25 people, with a wood fire for those chilly winter nights.
